Umrah Transportation Services in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, Taif & AlUla

Fixed Fares | Per Vehicle | Confirmed Before You Travel

What “Fixed Fare” Actually Means Here

The Price Doesn’t Move
You get the fare in writing before you travel, and it stays there. Traffic, a slow immigration line, a 3 AM landing, a longer route around Haram-area closures none of it changes what you pay.
There is no meter and no surge.
Per Vehicle, Not Per Person
Every fare on this page is for the whole car. A family of five in a Staria pays the Staria fare. Your group size and luggage decide which vehicle you book, not what each person is charged.
Licensed Drivers Who Run These Routes Daily
Our drivers work Jeddah–Makkah, Makkah–Madinah, and the Ziyarat circuits every day. That means they know the Haram-area access rules, the correct hotel drop-off points, the Miqat stops, and how checkpoints behave during Ramadan and peak season.
Routes We Cover
Jeddah Airport to Makkah | 85–95 km, 1 to 1.5 hours. Pickup from the North Terminal, Terminal 1 or the Hajj Terminal, direct to your Makkah hotel. Flight tracked, so a delayed landing moves the pickup instead ofosting you the booking. From 250 SAR.
Jeddah to Madinah | about 420 km, to 4.5 hours. For pilgrims whose itinerary starts in Madinah rather than Makkah. From 550 SAR.
Madinah Airport to Your Hotel | about 15 km, 20 to 30 minutes. Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Airport (MED) to hotels around Masjid an Nabawi. From 150 SAR.
Haramain High-Speed Rail Station Transfers | pickup from the Makkah, Jeddah, KAEC or Madinah HHR stations to your hotel. The station isn’t your hotel; this covers the last leg
Makkah to Madinah and back | 435 km on the Hijrah Highway, 4.5 to 5 hours with a rest stop for prayer and food built into the trip. Same driver and vehicle available for both legs if booked together. From 550 SAR.
Makkah and Madinah Ziyarat | half-day private transport around the historic sites of either city, with the vehicle staying with you between stops rather than dropping you and leaving. From 300 SAR.
Makkah to Taif | about 90 km on the Al-Hada Road, roughly 1.5 hours each way, usually taken as a return day trip. From 550 SAR return.
Madinah to AlUla | about 300 km, 3.5 to 4 hours, for pilgrims extending their trip to Hegra and the AlUla heritage sites.

Why Pre-Booked Beats the Taxi Rank
Almost every transfer service claims meet and greet, fixed prices and 24/7 availability. Whether that holds up is decided at 2 AM when a flight lands three hours late.
Here’s what actually differs:
Local Saudi drivers familiar with Umrah routes
Clean, safe, and well-maintained vehicles
English-speaking assistance
24/7 support line
Fixed pricing with no hidden fees
